Weight loss question...?
I have lost about 42 pounds through strict diet and exercise since January. I’m so much happier now but I have been experiencing a large amount of hair loss. I’m wondering if these two can be correlated in some way? In the shower I pull out strands, way more than I used to... I don’t notice any visible changes but I’m shedding a LOT.
Could this be due to a vitamin deficiency or imbalance?
*My diet isn’t TOO restrictive, I just cut out most carbs and unnatural sugars. I also hike/do kickboxing a few times a week
