Spanish speakers!! Is the H in Helena silent or breathed out like in English?

I love the name Helena. I need the name to work in both English and Spanish. I didn’t think I could use it because of the H issue. But I saw Helena in the 100 most popular names in Spain. 
Are they keeping the H silent and pronouncing it the same as Elena as just a spelling variation? For example in Spanish Hector is pronounced (Ek-tor) 
Or is the H pronounced like in English the way Hispanics talk about Harry Potter or Prince Harry?

I think in order to have the H sound in Spanish it would need to start with the letter J. Is this correct?

As someone with the name here’s my input😝
In Spanish it’s pronounced like Elaina so if you want it the same for both languages I recommend pronouncing it that way😊
Mine is pronounced like Ellen but with an H and an A

It’s Silent. We will pronounce it Ellena. Without the h. If you want it to sound with h it would have to be something starting with j
