IUI CD 19. Is that too late?

My doctor is saying it’s not and my follicles were still on the smaller side on CD 14. I will Trigger tonight CD 17. This is my 5th month on Clomid. Last month we did trigger with TI.

It’s not. Mine was around then. They want to see decent follicles by CD18.
