Ever since 4 weeks of pregnancy I have had a lump on both breasts in the area between my nipple and lower armpit. The lump has extended in size during the last 4 weeks and has become less mobile. It feel quite globular, but it’s fairly solid and large now!

I’m a small chested lady (B cup), so my lack of fat tissue allows me to feel everything when changes occur in my breast, so I’m fully aware that this is a new thing.

In all of my googling, breast lumps in pregnancy is quite common, often due to blocked milk ducts, but at 4-8 weeks?! I doubt that is the case with me.... however it does appear to be hormone driven.

I fully intend to take myself to the doctors next week, however I’d be interested to know if any one here has experienced this too?

EDIT: thanks for the comments. I went to the GP this morning who has referred me to the breast clinic for the scan but he didn’t feel too concerned about it and put it down to pregnancy hormones. I’ll find out in the next 2 weeks what the cause is for sure!
