How long did you wait after MC?

I just had a miscarriage last week and my doctor told me to wait 2 months. How long did you guys wait after your MC's to try again?

My doctor also told me to wait two cycles. The reasoning being that it gave my body time to get back to hormonal normal, but it also provided some time for emotional healing regarding the loss before being pregnant again.

My doctor told me to also wait 2 cycles because if you get pregnant too soon after a MC the likelihood of miscarrying again is very high because your endometrium isn't strong enough to hold a baby yet so your body needs time to build it back up again and having regular cycles helps do that for you 😊

Im trying already miscarried july 5, 2015. My dr said once the miscarriage bleeding stopped we could try again.

My dr told me I could try asap after I stopped bleeding which was about 2 weeks ... Didn't get pregnant tho... I had to periods after before I got pregnant again

When I m/c last year we weren't trying but go pregnant right away and that pregnancy was actually pretty strong but I'll never know what could have been because my OB at that time convinced me to terminate by telling me it was ectopic. I've since learned that there wasn't enough evidence at the time for any medical professional to make that call.

My dr had me wait for "2 normal cycles". I miscarried in Aug 2014. Still TTC.

I had a mc in april and conceived again in June.  It was about 6 weeks between.  Both were mc's.
