Cd 12 spotting

Hi everyone we’re ttc for 18 months, today’s cd 12 got spotting this morning pink in colour and cramps all day on my left side. Pain like period cramps but can be sharp. Anyone else had these symptoms could it be ovulation ? Help ladies thanks ❤️
