My whole body feels achy and I’m just tired all the time. Feels like I have the flu, minus the fever. Just been in bed lately... idk if this is “nausea” or ms, but I just wanted to see if I was the only one...

This is my second pregnancy and it’s way different from my first. The first time I was pregnant about this same time I was moving houses and was fine 😔

8 weeks today and first dr appt is on Wednesday.
