Progesterone only pill

I’m on the cerelle pill and have been since probably near the end of last year now. At first I had bleeding when I first started taking it and then never got a period since then, but about 2 weeks ago I took a pill a little bit late and have now been bleeding lightly. Is this normal or should I be worried?
