WHAT IS HAPPENING TO MY BODY?!

im seriously losing my mind!!! I’ve been on the same pill for almost two years, never have any side effects. Now I’m on the 3rd week of active pills and yesterday and today I have brown discharge?! What is this from and why is it happening now?! I’ve never missed or were late with any pills, no stress, no medications? Please help!

Well, discharge is how the vagina naturally cleans itself & the brown blood is just some old blood mixed with it. It’s completely normal & can happen sometimes. Nothing to freak out about 😊 That said, if u frequently start to bleed before ur placebo pills, then u may need a different dose/brand of pills.

Very common. Sometimes you need a higher dose of hormones, especially if you spend a lot of time around other women your body tries to match the timing of their cycle and you can breakthrough bleed. Used to happen to me all the time!
