really confused

okay, so this is the first bleeding I've had since June 1st. it started out really light/Brown spotting. then it's been very off and on. today I had extremely heavy very bright red bleeding. that has now went to spotting.. I had a good amount of white/pinkish tinted discharge a day or two ago, but didn't think anything about it. Any ideas at all??
