When do you think I ovulated? CD 16 or CD20? This is month 3. My first 2 months, I ovulated at CD20 and month 2 was CD16 so I’m having a hard time deciphering.

I had the cramps around CD16. I get some bad O cramps for a few days. But then I had my annual appt on 7/25 and my OB thought I had just ovulated by my discharge. I’m conflicted. Need advice and input.
