When to stop working?!

Question

Anybody else a waitress? Ive noticed a drastic difference in my body the past couple weeks and being on my feet constantly running around and lifting things is definitely starting to take a toll on me.. any one else? 
I wanted to work until I deliver but idk now. My husband makes enough for the both of us, I just waitress bc I like to pay for my own bills/living expenses but I’m thinking it might be time to stop soon 😭 33 weeks!

omg girl idk how you did it working as a server. my first two months pregnant, I was still working at dennys n I said F this, every aspect was shitty. I give you maddd props 😭

I work a desk job, but very high demand and stress. Approx 2 hours commute each way. 
I made the choice to start my maternity leave at 30 weeks. It made sense to me, because I was putting so much stress on my body I was forgetting to eat, not drinking enough water and my feet and hands were swollen. 
Ultimately it was affecting my job too. So I just took the 10 weeks early and will start my parental leave once my son is born.

I am a nurse and work 12 hours, I am 33 weeks tomorrow as of right now I am going off of work on September 1st

my previous pregnancy i worked at toys r us. they did not go easy on me one bit either. third trimester my blood pressure shot up and i kept having random contractions sp my doctor had me go on early maternity leave at 32 weeks.

Listen to your body. Our situations are similar, I was a wAitress with my first and worked until 39 weeks. This time around I quit working at 6 months to stay home with our 3 year old. I’ve been a waitress for almost 15 years so this was a good excuse to quit lol. I plan on being a SAHM for a while as husband makes enough to support us and I was really only working for extra cash. If you’re body is telling you to slow down and you have the means to do so, go for it!

I work in a kitchen and I feel you. I’m 32 weeks and struggling, I don’t know if I can afford to take off work early. If y’all can afford it, then do it! Listen to your body.
