Horrible Gas Pains
Ever since week 6 started I’ve had TERRIBLE gas pains...feels like slow digestive cramping & then random sharp pains...it’s been so bad I’ve stayed in & canceled my plans. They keep me up at night. I’m more constipated than normal but still have managed to poop everyday...I don’t know what to do!
I’ve cut out carbonated drinks, fried foods, etc...I’ve been drinking ginger tea & trying to eat bland foods & taking TUMS.
Anyone else experience this? What helps?!
