Sciatica ??

I’m 22 weeks pregnant. I’ve been feeling lower back discomfort for weeks now. (Tailbone pain and all) Recently , I’m experiencing a throbbing/pinching sensation from my lower back down to mid thigh. I’m having hard time sleeping because it’s so uncomfortable. My butt also feels sore 😩 could this be sciatica ?

Yep. Try doing stretches. It helped me a lot.

yep. I use KT tape to help give my back support. as well as my belly. my tailbone gets hurting so bad my legs ache in the muscles. ouch!

I have this same problem. It’s bad because it happens while I’m holding my 13 month old and not just that it’s caused me to buckle a few times while walking. I’m 23 weeks along . 
I’m going to ask my OB to refer me to a chiropractor. Idk maybe that’ll help.
