Feeling so down in the dumps right now. All I want is to start a family and I’m so sick of everyone saying: Oh it’ll happen just give it time, once you stop trying then it’ll happen. Well...I’ve been off birth control for about 3 years and haven’t been using any preventatives since then and...NOTHING! 😔 I started using OPK’s since March and the hubs is so tired and stressed from work that sex is the last thing on his mind. We never hit the fertile window in time! We just agreed we would try harder just this last cycle but I thought 3x of sex would be enough to hit the mark!! ☹️ Does anyone have any advice on how and when to get the timing right? How much sex? How many days after ovulation to continue to have sex? My Facebook page is littered with pregnancy announcements and babies and it’s literally breaking my heart. 💔💔💔 Any advice is welcome.
