Relationship issues

So me and this guy have been talking for a while and then he broke it off out of no where and then came back and then stopped and this repeated over and over again. I really like him but don’t think he likes me back and think he’s just playing me. I just feel bad about myself now and am struggling with a lot of self esteem. Thoughts or advice anyone ?
