Nipples during pregnancy?? (TMI W/ PICTURES)

Question

What is going on with my nipples? They feel sooo dry and cracked. There are little blebs in them and when I pull them out it is milky white underneath. Is this dry milk or something? I don’t feel like I’m leaking and it’s not painful. Are they just dry af? I’m 20+2 weeks. 
(PS I know my nails need a fill don’t judge)
Edit: Thank you guys so much! I’ve never posted a TMI before so I was nervous that people would be really rude or say I was gross or something. Definitely going to invest in some coconut oil lol

that has happened to me just lotion up your nipples with maybe some Aquaphor. Those white dots on the nips are normal during pregnancy it's called Montgomery glands that just means your hormones are changing.

Mine have been like that for a couple months now. I'm currently 30 weeks. Seems like that issue started about the same time that I noticed my breasts leaking, so I assume it's related. This is my third baby, and I've noticed it each time. No worries, though. Everything went back to (mostly!) normal after discontinuing breastfeeding. It never caused any issues or pain. I just made sure to keep lots of lotion on my nips.
