Who else gets period cramps?

I get excruciating pain. Hot water bottle is usually the only thing that helps ease the pain, try something to help you sleep. Also sometimes when it’s really bad I combine the two and smoke a joint if that’s your thing.

I have endometriosis and it causes very painful and heavy period. I think you should maybe do some research on it and see if it’s something you can relate to it

Salmon, Dark Chocolate, Sunflower seeds, low-fat yogurt, pumpkin seeds, banana, broccoli, Eggs, peanuts and peanut butter, chamomile tea and LOTS of water. This is legit most of my diet the entire time I’m on my period. They help a lot with cramps. My cramps usually are at the point were it hurts to do anything and I’ve been in tears before but then I’ll eat this stuff and it helps a lot. Also DONT drink coffee the caffeine increases cramps A LOT.
