I’ve been having extreme cramps past few days thought it was just my period but 10 days late now and no sign I’ve never had a late period or if I have only 2/3 days so I took a preg test on day 7 and was negative then day 9 was also negative ... could I still be pregnant or do you think it might be something completley different

I’ve also got swollen boobs, been craving sausages wrapped in pepperoni dipped in coleslaw feel sick constantly and I’m pissing literally every 5 mins
