HGC test in the US?

Question

Does anyone know is doctors will do a HCG test at request in the US, seems more common in other countries. 
Yesterday i noticed the smallest amount of dark brown spotting similar to when i start af. My positive pregnancy tests have been getting lighter. I’m pretty sure i know where this is going but the anticipation kills me. I can’t get anything done. Would rather know one way or the other.

They tested me when I started spotting with my previous pregnancy and did several ultrasounds. My pregnancy did end in a miscarriage but it’s not uncommon for women to have a little bleeding during a normal pregnancy. Call your doctor and tell them what’s going on. I’m sure they will get you in.

yes they will. I have mine checked frequently due to a history of ectopic pregnancies.
