Colostrum Question

So I started leaking a bit of colostrum a few weeks back, it would come out when I was squeezing my nipples - I found out because I was trying to get rid of some dead skin on my nipple (side question: is this normal? I haven’t had it before I got pregnant) - it wasn’t a lot but it was a few drops from various places on my nipple. I would occasionally squeeze my nipple to see if it was still happening after that, but now I haven’t seen any for probably over a week. Does this mean that I’m out of colostrum/won’t produce milk? I know the milk doesn’t set in until after birth but I’m a bit stressed I’ve done something wrong 😭

I’m 37 weeks if it means anything. Also I’m just as hydrated as I was back then.
