Baby girl(11 months old) has this on both forearms and both legs.. her doctor said it was eczema..
I use aveeno lotion after baths and aveeno baby wash during her baths.. to me they look like tiny pimples..

It looks like eczema to me. Try either aquaphor or tubby todd healing ointment.

maybe the aveeno is causing her an allergic reaction?.. I remember it happens to my son when he was a baby, I used aveeno and he got an allergic reaction once I switched to another brand it cleared up.
