so I had some light pink spotting just a bit ago. I'm on pelvic rest so I haven't had sex in a a few months. I had the spotting right after I had a really bad cramp and a sharp pain in my vagina. baby is still moving. actually shes moving more now than she has been moving the past few days. I have a doctors appointment at 4, I'm just a worry wart. lol. I've had spotting on and off since 22 weeks. and they never know what, is this normal??

UPDATE

well. I have no idea if I'm dilated more or not. he didnt tell me. he didnt tell me why my back is cramping, or what the pink spotting was. he just said that him checking my cervix might break my water. and that hell start seeing me every week now since I'll be 36 weeks next week.
