Orange discharge?! Help! Advise!

Question

I just went to the restroom and experienced an orangeish color of discharge. It only happened when I first wiped and then nothing afterwards. What is it and what does it mean?! I’ve never experienced an orange discharge ever. Everything has been fine and yesterday my discharge was normal. I’m about 10 weeks pregnant on Thursday! Help! Advise!

This happened to me in my last pregnancy at the exact same gestation. I still dont know what it was, and it came in kind of a gush. Freaked me out, but I have a perfectly healthy almost-3-month old now!
