Fair or not fair?

My husband does not want to try for another baby until I have a full time job making about $3000 or more a month, while still taking care of our two year old son....our first conversation was for me to get a part time job and still take care of our son, then we'd try for another one. Now that I have a part time job it's not good enough. He's even gone as far as telling me that if I don't get a full time job with good pay he'll leave me.
