So and MIL

My so is 24 and he doesn't do enything for himself he always ask her to go buy his new shoes or take his car in for repairs or what ever he need to do himself like an grown man should he needs his mom to do it for him!!!! What makes it worse is he doesn't live with her he lives with me! Every time we go visit my MIL I find out stuff about him that he didn't tell me about he always use the excuse he's forgotten to tel me. I just feel like its not me and him in the relationship but rather him and his mommy!!!! I have tried to get use to it but I can't do it anymore! ! Is it eorng of me feel to feel like im just there to feed him? Is it normal that his like that? Am I crazy for feeling I need to end the relationship because if he can't do stuf on his own how wil he oneday take care of a family? ?? Please give me advice I dont want to do something and regret it afterwards! ! I feel like crying.
