so I am 20 years old, already diagnosed with pcos because of my weight gain, extra hair growth, painful and heavy periods, and hormone levels. I'm taking metformin 2x a day. I have been having a lot of pain during sex, which has not gone away with addition of birth control, so my doctor thinks it may be endo. this thursday I am going to have an ultrasound done and they will decide from there if I need a lap...I am just beginning on this page reading other women's journeys and it is a bit overwhelming! is it different for me since my only symptoms are painful sex and occasional dryness? there may be other symptoms I'm not even aware of honestly..I am so new to this. any tips would be greatly appreciated ESPECIALLY helping with the pain...its effecting my hubby and me so badly lately 😞 I'm terrified that this in combo with pcos will mean I can never get pregnant 😭😭
