Feel like giving up

I just want to give up taking my bbt. Whenever it's getting high, next morning it's getting low. I'm not sure if I did ovulated. I don't really think I did this month. AF should arrive soon. So I can start over before I go in for the IUI treatment in September. Just want this to be our month before the IUI. That's the only way I can get pregnant. Doctor recommend IUI. I thought my boyfriend and I try this way and see if we do get the BFP. I guess not. Cycle Day 30 today. Period due July 22th said on Ovia. Glow said August 1st. Took a pregnancy test this morning and it came back negative. 😢 So hurt and disappointed.
