TMI/Normal? Bloody when wiping

Im 37 weeks, i had a appointment today at 1 am and got my cervix checked. I was 2cm dilated and my doctor said my mucus plug was completely gone (i lost it a few days ago and it was white/clear like). and ive been having bad lower back pain/cramps and some pelvic pain all evening it hasn’t let up. When i wiped about 20 minutes ago (7:17pm) there was a lot of blood. I had morning light spotting right after he checked me but im not sure if this is normal.
