Asinine question

I have the most asinine question. I never let my partner finish during sex. EVER. (Don’t let him finish because we don’t use condoms and I’m not on the pill anymore) So he finishes himself while I lay next to him and read a book. Well my question is, when he does come can you get pregnant if he puts it on a few fingers and puts it into you?? I know it’s really stupid question.
