The only thing it has helped with is it helps me see when I’m not pregnant. Because my temperature starts dropping before my period.

Yes it helped me see that I wasn’t always ovulating on the same day and was able to give me a range of days. When I finally got pregnant it was because I had sex on the earliest day I’ve ovulated to the latest.
