39+2. Labor and delivery

So kinda embarrassing but I came up to L&D; because I thought my water broke, apparently it didn’t and I just peed myself😐🤦🏼‍♀️ but anyway while they were checking my baby’s heart rate dropped dramatically and they couldn’t find it for a full five minutes. They admitted me but now I’m just waiting. They are monitoring him to see if it happens again. If it does then I get a csection. If not then they said they might induce me or send me home. Anyone been in this situation before? And did you end up getting induced? I’m worried because I don’t want to go home after that happened.

UPDATE!

They induced me. I was only in labor from 8:00am until he was born at 1:59pm, started pushing at 1:30pm. And everything went perfectly💙😭
