Positive or evap??

This pic was taken about an hour after timeframe. I didn’t use fmu and it was only an hour hold, but I swore I saw an extremely faint line but hubby didn’t see it. About an hour later he looked at it again and saw the line. Could the line have been there but continued to get darker while it was sitting or is it a for sure evap? Thanks!
