Do you think there is any point in getting early pregnancy pics tweaked

pregnancy pics tweaked" /> I've never seen another forum with so many women asking to have their tests tweaked when the majority of the tests I would count as negative right away. I know it doesn't hurt anyone but do you think it helps giving women sometimes false hope? I've always been the type that will test till I see a line and then confirm with a digital. Thoughts?

It's honestly the dumbest thing I've seen. A) yes it gives a huge amount of false hope and big amount of let down B) I don't think tweaking helps..  I could usually see a faint line in an untweaked picture much better than in a tweaked picture and C) it's childish..  Wait the wait..  You are either pregnant.. Or you are not

anyone could tweak the test themselves.  I think the reason so many do it, is for the companionship.  they like having something to post, a way to be part of a group.  they like/need the support.  the danger is the potential chemical pregnacy (something they would otherwise miss completely).  but that bfn, is probably just as heartwrenching.    As long as they understand their is still a big chance of a loss, there is little harm.

I don't really get the point either. I didn't test until after my period was late and even then, I got a negative. I just tested every 3 days or so until I got a strong positive. I suppose seeing all these posts now I could have gotten a faint line and didn't know. I think it's kind of odd to test so early and stare at a negative test when you could just wait a few days. Oh well to each their own. I guess it's hard for some people to wait when they're so excited

If it doesn't show up, just wait a couple days and test again. Tweaking just provides false hope.

I had one i saw i person but was very faint, but given a few points of saturation in edit it was obvious. So i don't see any harm in adding contrast or saturation as it will just show if color is there.

I am not a fan on negative or inverted though.

I am due to start my period today according to Glow and past experience so I took a cheap pregnancy test. I looked at the test and there wasn't a hint of a second line so I tossed it. It's just crazy that I see tests just like the one I took today and people post to have them tweaked when there isn't even a line. I agree with the chemical pregnancy aspect as well.
