had an appt at 6wk and 4 days and got bad news during ulttasound about possible miscarriage because of my babys heart beat to slow 64bmp half what it supposed to ... so far i had only one vomit, the day before the appt and that was it no more vomit after that ... idk if its a good sign or bad sign

im wondering if im gonna make it to 12 wks,( the safest line i think) .. anyone who could give me an advice im so confused and hoping the best but at the same time the Dr told me to be prepare if anything ... idk what right now
