Can taking antibiotics interfere with your cycle? I started taking antibiotics on CD 2 and finished them on CD 8.

Ever since CD 7 my temps have been higher, about the same range as they were post O last month. These past few days of high temps have been taken after not sleeping well and waking up a lot though.

I didn’t start OPKs until CD 8 and they are all negative. I have been ovulating day 17-18 since my miscarriage. Today, CD 11, I had a lot of EWCM, which I typically don’t get much of at all.

I’m confused!
