So I’m going to call the doctor, but just figured I’d ask for some advice here before freaking out. My daughter is about to be 12 months in just a few days, but the past week she pooped 2 times and at the end she had a little blood on her anus. I assumed it was just from a tear because she was straining so hard to poop and it ended up being hard. (I’ve been giving her more food lately trying to wean her). That was a few days ago and she hasn’t pooped again yet, but yesterday I could feel she was a little warm and a little needy and just wanted to be in my lap. Well today she woke up and with a rectal temperature of 101.6 and pretty cranky but she’s playing now while watching trolls. Any advice on what it could be?

Update: she pooped today and there was no blood, there’s still a fever and still being cranky.
