Ovulation cramping prior to trigger?

I’m having cramping today and I’m not supposed to take my trigger shot until tonight. Could I be ovulating before my trigger?

It’s cd 13. I took clomid days 3-7. Had an ultrasound yesterday with 3 large follicles.

I’ve taken opks all day yesterday and today and they’re all negative.

Update: I never got a positive opk that day. I took the trigger shot that night at 10 pm. The next morning (today), I have no more cramping and soreness. But I do have positive opks now. The iui is 37 hrs after my trigger shot. I hope I didn’t ovulate early and that my body really will wait 37 hours after the trigger and all day cramping to ovulate! 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻🤞🤞🤞
