It doesn't hurt though. I just feel like something, like a bump. Sometimes it doesn't show, and it goes away after 2 days. Thanks!

Oral herpes are typically and outside the mouth and in nostrils thing those are probably just from accidentally biting your tongue.

Nope. That’s a cankersore. Completely different than a cold sore (oral herpes). I get cankersores and they hurt so bad!
