First pregnancy, first trimester

Do we actually like suffering? I should be happy right now that I do not have the headaches, the nausea etc at 6+4 (though I am hot all the time, pee like a horse and my nipple pain is gone but now my boobs are sore and nipples are HUGE)...and I worry. I worry that something is wrong because I do not have nausea. While I know there are women who had none (one of them a friend of mine who is giving birth like...maybe this night? Friday? IN TWO MINUTES. who knows)...I still worry. Anyone else?
