Last week I had my HCG tested for the first time out of any pregnancy. My first number was 114 at 4w0d and then 48 hours later, it was 277. The numbers seemed low, but no concerns for the doctors. This week, I still have zero morning sickness and no sore breasts. However, I'm more exhausted and hungrier than ever before. This is WAY different than my past two pregnancies. No bleeding or spotting, but I do cramp. Should I ask them to do more blood work or is this all in my head? I have no history of miscarriage and carry healthy babies.
