Second miscarriage??? WARNING ⚠️ TMI

So I started what I thought was my period this week but I think it may have been a miscarriage. Cramping was very intense today. And earlier this afternoon I expelled some tissue that was gray in color and cover in blood. If it was a miscarriage I would have been 6 weeks. My last miscarriage was at 8 weeks and I also expelled a large gray mass. Have any of you had similar experiences?
