What happens if you have a warrant for your arrest issued in another state?

I am unable to return to Arkansas for a trial, at the moment. The courthouse doesn't want to cooperate with me. I've already tried rescheduling the court date. It's all for a petty marijuana possession charge.

I'm scared my driver's license will get suspended, and I won't be able to renew my tags on my vehicle in a couple of months when it's time to.

Any of you know anything about this?
