Crying my eyes out

I have been TTC since January 2018. I have had some issues with heavy bleeding and clotting and my Dr gave me Provera to stop the length of my periods which have been 10-11 days long 😫🙁. Anyway I did that last month and had a cycle starting June 27th. I am about 9 days late two urine pregnancy tests bfn and 1 blood test at Dr office negative. Now they want me to wait 5 more days for my cycle and if not do the Provera again 🤦🏾‍♀️.

I see some people saying that they were pregnant even with the negatives. Idk what to do I’m crying at work right now like a crazy woman and I work with almost all men so they have no idea what’s wrong with me. My breast feel larger than normal abs I am having cramps especially in right side of Pelvic area and lower abdomen.
