so I am supposed to be 8 weeks tomorrow and had my first ultrasound today. I was so excited I could hardly sleep last night! anyway, I had the ultrasound today (both ways) and no sign of baby. seeing my doctor on Friday and running labwork tomorrow. I have had all the signs and symptoms for the 3 weeks I've known I was pregnant so I'm so confused. I haven't had any spotting or bleeding. could I have miscarried? I'm so scared
