Coming off depo?

Question

So I came off depo about six months ago I immidatelt got my periods but this month which would be the sixth almost 7 months off I have had brown bleeding for this whole cycle! Any help?

Patience is all you can have. Eventually your cycles will return to normal. It can take up to a year to mellow out. Making it more difficult to conceive. I've been of depo for 3 months now and have been bleeding the entire time. It's gotten lighter and some days there's none. Just patience. Depo is a great for of birth control but sucks to come off of. 
I recommend regular exercise. It can help regulate and lighten a period.

I just got my period back after 8 months I would spot now and then kind of brownish like you're describing then I finally got my period at the end of may and everything was back to normal hope that helps! :)
