Why are my cramps so bad!?

As long as I had a period I have had horrible cramps. After two years of begging my mom to let me be on birth control she finally put me on it and it helped with the cramps well about 2 years ago me and my boyfriend decided to get off birth control in hopes to Mabye get pregnant. About 13 long months of having horrible period cramps I get pregnant. Sadly, I had a miscarriage at 6 weeks. It’s been almost 8 months since my miscarriage and my cramps are still so painful I want to stop them but I don’t want to be on birth control in hope of conceiving. I have had cyst in my overuse but idk if it is endometriosis and can the same cause of my cramps be why I’m having trouble trying to have a baby?
