He is serious or not

I have a relationship for almost 3 years. He is a good man but there is a problem with him coz until now he dont have a plan with me. He always busy to his work and he have alot of time for his friends than me. I just only observing him and looking forward for our relationship but still the same nothing happend. Its hurt to hear from his friend that he said he dont have plan to marry me. And last 4 days we have misunderstanding that time until now he didnt call me or txt me. Even when he see me in the street walking he never call me. So i decide not to call him either. Its hurt coz i love him so much but i must to be strong. All i want now is advice. I dont know now what i am going to do. Should i stop this relationship or stay. 😢
