I had surgery to remove an ectopic pregnancy in January. During surgery my doctor found stage three endometriosis. I am assuming it started thirteen years ago and I have been asymptomatic for eleven to twelve years. I am curious if my symptoms will return as the endometriosis begins to build up again after surgery?
