Good ab workout video that has got me progress

Hey ladies, if you want abs(and I mean if you want them quick) head over to youtube a try doing a Rebecca Louise workout for abs. Do it at home or anywhere you like, wherever y’all feel comfortable. Don’t bother looking for the ‘I will update’ people(they never bloody do).

I did her waist workout and when I went to look at my stomach area it was toned af. The line running down my obliques was visible. So it does work you just got to be consistent, eat well and push through the pain even when it gets hard. I wanted to stop exercising when I found it hard(I mean really hard) but keep going and keeping your muscles constantly engaged will help get you better and quicker results, it’s what helped me to get results after the one video. Of course take breaks but just 10 seconds, don’t overdo it. Good luck and keep fighting if want it
